The largest city in the Brazil is Sao Paulo, with over 10 million in habitants. Sao Paulo is known as the most cosmopolitan city in Brazil; it has a large number of ethnic minority communities which has lead to it being seen as having the best range and quality of restaurants in Brazil. As well as being known for its food, it’s also well known for its museums such as the Museu Paulista do Ipiranga, the gothic Metropolitan Se Cathedral and the Sao Paulo Museum of Art. Sao Paulo also has the most successful Brazilian football team in Sao Paulo FC, holding the most national and international titles of any Brazilian club.

It is known as being the most easygoing city in the Brazil and is famous for street parties and the carnival. Over 80% of the population in Salvador has Black African ancestry which has an effect of the food and music in Salvador.
